Meet In The Street Block Party

Join us on March 17th as the two areas of Hanahan finally become one! Citizens from Hanahan Proper / Tanner Plantation will literally “meet in the street” with citizens from Otranto / Eagle Landing for a block party to celebrate the opening of the Railroad Avenue Extension.

Enjoy music, balloon art, ice cream from the Ice Cream Team, and food from My Big Fat Greek Trailer’s Mr. Souvlaki.

For this event, citizens will park at both ends of the extension and will walk approximately half a mile to meet in the middle. Otranto / Eagle Landing citizens may park at Reservoir Hall. Hanahan Proper / Tanner Plantation citizens may park at the Hanahan Rec Complex. Transportation will be provided for citizens who need it.
