Latarsha is a Lowcountry native. She grew up in Moncks Corner and after graduating from USC Upstate she decided to move back “home.” She has over 20 years of customer service experience as well as 16 plus years working for local government agencies to include Charleston County, Town of Summerville and now her new home, City of Hanahan.

Latarsha resides in Goose Creek with her two children Taylor and Justin and is very much excited to be a part of the City of Hanahan’s team!
